If your configuration program can write your design variables into an ASCII file similar in format to the following, you can easily integrate with OfficeCAD.

/ rows are comments in the .spc file.
VARSEC is the variable section.  Variables in the .spc file match variables on your drawing
Variables can control dimensions, text, blocks, layers, attributes, etc.
MASTSEC is the section that designates the name of the master drawing to use and the output
drawing name along with X insertion, Y insertion, Scale and Rotation values.
